Aldo Fusciardi – Owner

Aldo has extensive technical support experience having worked for a major computer manufacturer (Dell) for several years where he ran their UK corporate support team. In addition, he has been involved professionally in testing/installing/troubleshooting new Microsoft software both in previous jobs and on a private basis.

As well as providing technical support for corporate customers, Aldo has worked for a major UK PC retailer (part of Kingfisher group) where he was Area Sales Manager and provided expert technical support to sales staff and consumers across the North West of England who generally were not very knowledgeable on computer technology.

Aldo also has experience in computer hardware assembly having worked for a small manufacturer in England for a couple of years.

Aldo has a BSc in Mechancial Engineering from University of Ulster, Microsoft certification in Windows 95, 98, 2000, Nt4 and XP professional as well as a Cisco CCNA certificate in network routing systems.
